An exciting role for a Fund Accountant in Edinburgh offering £35,000+ on a permanent basis.


Your new company
Our client a Premier Asset Management business in Edinburgh is recruiting as part of their ongoing expansion with the appointment of a Fund Accountant across their financial reporting team.

Your new role
As a newly created role, this post will focus on financial reporting and review across a significant client for which both technical financial and relationship management skills will feature. Day to day, the Fund Accountant will liaise with client across various deadlines monthly and weekly and will be responsible for the provision of Statutory Accounts under SORP guidelines. Balance sheet and P&L reporting, process improvement and reconciliations will also be a key responsibilities for this role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience within a financial services environment or charted accountancy profession where you will have significant experience in producing statutory accounts under SORP within a client focussed environment. Fully or part qualified accountants will be considered for this post.
