Unique business and a supplier of leading consumer products both in the UK and abroad. As an entrepreneurial business with signifcant funding and plans for 2017, the business is looking at a number of other channels to help facilitate rapid expansion.
The CFO is keen to hire a Financial Controller where you will be given an opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business and deliver information that will be used directly to drive business strategy. Working with the CFO, you will be a true Finance Business Partner, interacting and supporting other key non-finance functions. You will ensure that Finance will deliver timely and accurate reporting and deliver effective processes and be an influential part of the business.
This is a wide ranging role which will include the preparation of the management accounts, balance sheet and commercial insight and analysis to define and support the business. Strong systems experience will include ownership of the accounting system to ensure full integrity of the accounting data,upgrades and training.
As a qualified accountant with Commerce and Industry experience, you may already be in a Financial Controller role and keen to explore a new direction in your career. Additionally, an experience within retail, manufacturing or a consumer goods related business would be an advantage.
