A well-known research organisation are currently recruiting for a Grant Payment Analyst to join their finance department on a one-year fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts payable candidate to further their career and gain some important experience at a global organisation.

As the Grant Payment Analyst your duties will include:
-Reviewing grant documentation and preparomg remittance proposals for weekly and quarterly profile payments, end of grant spend reports and ad hoc payment requests across various currencies.
-Developing effective relationships with various external organisations and internal stakeholders to provide guidance, advice and support regarding the payment of awards.
-Dealing with queries from all external organisations and liaising internally with other departments to resolve queries or review information flows when required.
-Uploading spend reports and reviewing payment profiles and milestone payment profiles for spending patterns, likely projections and to identify whether the spend reports are in line with expectations.
-Receiving and processing End of Grant Spend Reports, through the Trust's Grant Tracker system and into Agresso for final payment and write back of unused funds.
