Are you an experienced Project Implementation Consultant looking for a rewarding career with a progressive business?
If so, Elevation Senior Finance are currently working in an exclusive partnership with a fast growing business services organisation in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a highly driven and motived Project Implementation (Payroll) Consultant.
Playing a pivotal role within the implementation team the successful Payroll Implementation Consultant will ensure that all payroll software projects are completed within agreed timeframes, and all customer requirements are met and achieved in accordance with the delivery process. You will supply customer support throughout the implementation process both face to face and over the phone and minimise company exposure and risk on all projects.
Key responsibilities:
* Completion of Payroll product implementations as per project plan agreed with internal team and the customer
* Work with the customer to ensure that data supplied is accurate as required for successful implementation
* Complete the data migration stage of a project
* Carry out the configuration of the Payroll System to meet the customers' requirements
* Document interfaces and customer specific code changes
* Develop interfaces as per agreed timelines
* Present and manage the plan of activities with goals and milestones to customer
* Provide first line support to customers for queries throughout the duration of a project on all payroll related matters
* Maintain records of all expenses incurred on a customer account
* Create and maintain user guides and user documentation as necessary
We would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of project managing the implementation of a Payroll system
- The ability to provide a consultancy-based approach to clients seeking to implement a Payroll system and able to provide system-based solutions for a variety of customer issues
- A solid track record in the successful delivery of multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a client-facing role and able to deliver excellent customer service
