This multi-academy Trust now seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the finance function for two schools within the Trust, as the existing FM covers a crucial project. With one direct report, you will be responsible for supporting the Trust Finance Director in the preparation of the monthly management accounts, monthly budget spend analysis, ensuring the correct funds are allocated to the correct cost centre, bank reconciliations and preparation of financial statements.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills and is able to meet strict deadlines efficiently. You will provide much needed support to the Finance Director and be able to work on your own initiative. A good working knowledge of MS Office essential and Xero desirable. Immediate start subject to a full DBS check.
