Our client is one of the largest commercial asset management companies in the North of England.
They manage over a 100 sites across this region and have ambitious plans to grow the portfolio which includes future acquisitions and developments in Manchester, Birmingham Leeds and Liverpool.
To support the continued growth, they now have a new requirement to recruit a Management Accountant. Based at the head office in Manchester it will join the commercial team and provide management accounts, financial reporting and commercial analysis. It will also get involved in the financial management & governance of major projects, as well as review commercial viability and options for sales deals.
The preferred candidate will be a finalist or recently qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA ideally with some exposure managing costs or projects within a construction, engineering, or contract services sector. More important though, are excellent systems and communication skills combined with an ability to focus on customer service and build business relationships.
