Excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance assistant to join my client based in Skipton. Working as part of a team  you will assist in all aspects of financial and operational administration as required. Key responsibilities will include;

Working with the Company’s Sage 200 system and the EPOS system to be introduced for new business stream
Processing and balancing of daily EPOS returns
Working closely with the venue manager to ensure daily returns are reconciled to cash and electronic payments received
Assisting the venue manager on stock counts/stock control
Assisting with preparation and checking of payroll sheets for store venue staff based on staff rosters and attendance
Budgetary management and control
Assisting other members of Finance team with general financial tasks such as purchase ledger, payments, bank reconciliations etc.
Working with the Company Purchase Order system
Attending departmental meetings as required
Providing support to the Finance Manager and Senior Management as directed
Performing any other duties which may be appropriate to the position

You will be self motivated with the ability to work under pressure and produce quick & accurate financial information. You will part or fully qualified AAT with excellent Excel & Sage knowledge.

Salary guide £18000
