Looking to make the transition straight from audit into an analyst/commercial role within an impressive FTSE 250 business?

This Finance Analyst role, sits within the group FP&A team, working closely with the Group Directors and CFO in making key commercial decisions for the business, which has seen excellent results over the last 6 months.

Working for a supportive Manager and other incredibly high calibre analysts, this position gives a unique opportunity for a Big 4 auditor to make the transition into an analytical and commercial role after completing their ACA.

In this role you will be expected to:

• Prepare Financial forecasts for UK and European Group
• Produce and run detailed variance analysis and commentary on key areas from the consolidation group accounts
• Maintain and improve detailed financial models
• Work closely with consolidated accounts team in identifying key data for analysis
• Work closely with a variety of stakeholders both financial and non-financial across a highly commercial organisation
• Be expected to work on ad-hoc projects providing

You should be:

• ACA/CA Big 4 Trained Auditor
• Knowledge of supporting client in Construction or Infrastructure industries would be highly desirable
• Excellent Excel knowledge (up to macros level) coupled with a passion for analytical problem solving
• Demonstrable ability to present and communicate with all levels
• Pro-active and self motivated.
