Based on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells, my client is a thriving business which is experiencing significant growth.
As a result of this growth they require a qualified Finance Manager to join them with the objective of leading and developing a small team and offering support to the Financial Controller.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high profile, up-and-coming business which can offer long term career development with exposure to a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
Responsibilities will include the preparation of full monthly consolidated management accounts and related reporting pack with the inclusion of overhead costs, month end file preparation, and review of sales figures. Full variance analysis of budgeted or forecast figures to actual results and the preparation of consolidated budgets and forecast for the group including cash flows. You will also be assisting with the planning and execution of the year end accounts work and associated audit
The successful applicant will have extensive experience of management accounting and possess an inquisitive mind with the ability to interrogate and question data. Experience of consolidated accounts and supervising other members of staff would be advantageous.
