My client, a well respected Commercial Real Estate House, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Accountant. This is a senior role looking after commercial tenants, ensuring a high quality of performance whilst dealing with highly valued clients. Service charge, rent and VAT must be core skills, with scope to expand role into statutory and management reporting and project budgeting. This role will supervise junior staff. Knowledge of Qube and Excel is essential.
