Our Finance Department works collaboratively with its stakeholders, actively looking for opportunities to improve its delivery of analysis and insight to support the organisation’s delivery of financial sustainability, performance targets and outstanding services.
As a Finance Business Partner you will support Service Operations, providing timely and effective financial insight and support whilst maintaining responsibility for a robust financial controls and compliance framework. Providing operational managers with costings and support for putting together a robust business case in order to secure care package tenders should be a welcome challenge for you.
Juggling priorities, coaching and mentoring operational managers through your consultancy and technical skills, you will also have the opportunity to model and report to senior managers using significant volumes of data. As a multisite organisation you will have the opportunity and expectation that at least half of your time will be spent supporting managers across the country.
Whilst your technical knowledge is essential for this role it is also important that your own ethic on working, service delivery and reputation building for yourself and the department are all equally important.
