Our Client, a multinational and innovator business with a strong market presence, has an outstanding opportunity for a Group Reporting Manager to join their fast paced team. We are specifically looking for an ACA / ACCA qualified candidate looking to make a first or second move from practice into industry. The successful candidate will take full responsibility to improve the production of monthly reporting and consolidation of the group results.

Key responsibilities include:
*Owning month end processes and ensuring the revenue and cost of sales are reported accurately
*Producing board packs including cash flow, balance sheet and P&L
*Coordinating monthly financial reviews with senior management
*Interpreting financial reports to senior management and recommending strategies for improvement
*Contributing to the completion of annual statutory accounts and liaising with external auditors
*Assisting with the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
*Producing additional strategic analysis and reports as requested by stakeholders
*Reviewing processes and ensuring best practice is followed
*Managing direct reports and leading the wider finance team with a succession plan to deliver accounting on time

The successful candidate will be a newly qualified ACA/ACCA looking to either make a first or second move from practice into industry. You will ideally have experience in complex consolidations and reporting with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This high visible role will provide the candidate with a great level of technical exposure in an expanding private equity backed company.
