Tax Advisory Manager

Tax Advisory Manager job, based either Ipswich or Colchester within established Accountancy Practice.

Hays Taxation are recruiting an ATT or CTA qualified Tax Advisory Manager for a highly respected Accountancy Practice to be based either in Ipswich or Colchester.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Tax Manager or Assistant Manager who is looking to progress and extend their skill set further. You will be involved in company strategy, team management and the overall running of the department.

Responsibilities;
- Managing an established client portfolio as well as winning new business
- Providing capital gains, inheritance tax and VAT advice
- Drafting reports and letters for clients tax advice, covering any tax -ad-hoc work.
- Dealing with technical queries from all sectors of the firm.
- PAYE compliance reviews, dispensation and PAYE settlements
- VAT investigations
- Dealing with HMRC enquiries
- Supervising others and reviewing work.
