Group Property Accountant

Our client is a well-respected investor and developer who have an enviable track record of producing excellent mixed use developments around London. As a business they acquire assets that they can add value to and create areas of local regeneration. As the business continues to grow, they require a Group Property Accountant to manage all aspects of property accounting, rent collection, service charge accounts and VAT.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of quarterly and monthly rent demands 
• Developing service charge budgets
• Issuing budgets and service charge demands
• Preparation of quarterly service charge accounts
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Project analysis
• Management Accounting
• Statutory reporting

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who has a demonstrable track record within the real estate sector, you will be an excellent communicator and be able to supervise more junior team members. If you have worked with Qube it would be highly advantageous.
