A small media business located in Central London is in search of an experienced Credit Controller to join ASAP on an interim basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Collecting monies from customers and contacting them by email and telephone.
- Administering client invoices
- Account reconciliations and statement processing
- Chasing clients to obtain purchase order numbers, maintaining detailed and accurate records
- Dealing with BACS remittance queries, telephoning client's accounts departments
- Minimising bad debts
- Assist with departmental end of month duties including the processing of credits
Prior experience of Sage 200 would be useful but is not necessary.
