Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for the financial management & strategy of this private equity backed consumer brand.
Client Details
A £40million turnover private equity backed consumer brand. With headquarters in London, the business sells via its own retail outlets, wholesale channels and international distributors. The business has a strong brand, a clear growth strategy and is profitable. The current plan, which is focused on developing the international markets, will result in significant growth over the next few years.
Description
A well rounded CFO role. You will be expected to provide financial leadership to the business, provide commercial and strategic input and play a key role managing the relationship with the private equity investor.
Profile
You will be a talented CFO/FD with a successful track record in growing consumer businesses. Previous exposure to private equity would be a real plus, as would experience of operating in an international business. My client is looking for someone who will buy into the company, be happy to commit to the role and see the project through to completion (an exit event). It is envisaged that the business is 3-5 years away from a transaction.
