Elevation Recruitment Group's Senior Interim Finance Practice is recruiting on behalf of a national services business based towards the south of Sheffield. The role is an interim project for a fixed term period of 3 months.

The business, who are industry leaders in their field are keen to appoint a finance professional for this opportunity, with at least 3 years of experience acting in a similar, year end supporting capacity. Due to the size of the business there are multiple sets of complex accounts therefore the successful candidate will ideally be results driven, focused and able to perform to a high standard, delivering results to strict deadlines.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
-Liaising closely with the Financial Controller to prepare annual statutory accounts for group
-Consolidation of group statutory accounts and monthly management accounts
-Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
-Ensure balance sheet integrity of the group through timely reconciliation's
-Cash flow forecasting
-Preparation of annual budgets and monthly re-forecasts
-Analytical review of financial results and provision of reports to management team/board
-Take control of the quarterly VAT review
-Ensuring the accuracy of payroll related balance sheet transactions and review the payroll journal

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

-Qualified CIMA/ACCA
-Excellent IT skills
-Immediately available and able to commit to the assignment
