Robertson Bell Finance are working with a charity based in London to recruit an Interim Finance and Admin Officer for a period of up to 2 months, with the potential to be extended. This varied role offers great experience within the Not for Profit sector.

The main responsibilities of this role include processing of invoices, supplier payments, petty cash, bank reconciliations, handling VAT returns and cost and budget analysis. This varied role also includes office management responsibilities, such as ensuring health and safety procedures are maintained, accurate record filing and course and grant administration.

Alongside experience of processing invoices and bank reconciliations, the successful individual will be able to produce cash flow and record payments on excel. Also, the successful individual will have great understanding and recent usage of QuickBooks and will be immediately available or on a one week notice period. You will also be an excellent communicator and proactive to join a small but energetic team.
