Robertson Bell Finance are working with a £180m turnover property development group who are looking to recruit a Finance Officer - Income to join a friendly and dynamic team. This role will last for a minimum period of 5 months. The Finance Officer - Income will report into the Income Manager and will monitor and maintain the financial records relating to incoming payments.
The main responsibilities for this role will include:
*Investigating the payment provider error reports and ensure that remedial action is taken.
*Assisting with rent accounting reconciliations.
*Inputting data from a variety of sources.
*Ensuring that all customer records are kept up to date.
*Investigating any defaulted payments.
*Training colleagues in finance processes.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of the finance function with good knowledge of control accounts and financial administration. You will be able to relate to non-finance staff and have strong inter-personal skills.
