Robertson Bell Finance are working closely with one of the most high profile and well recognised NHS organisations based in London. Due to major changes within the organisation a great opportunity has arisen for a talented interim Deputy CFO to join their team for a minimum of 3 months.
The Interim Deputy CFO will lead on the development and delivery of short and long term financial strategy and control which will include monthly financial reporting, budgetary control, planning for service development, business case reviews, QIPP performance and identifying efficiency opportunities. You will be required to analyse current systems and processes across the organisation, planning and implementing changes to improve efficiencies and the quality of financial information.
The successful candidate will have a strong NHS background. You will be a qualified accountant who has experience of board level decision making and be able to demonstrate effective leadership skills and ability to contribute to the strategy and aspirations of a commissioning organisation. Those that have worked within a complex organisation with constant change are desirable due to the period of transformation my client is undergoing in the next couple of months.
