Our client, a growing Accountancy Practice with 6 Regional Offices in London and the South of England are looking to expand their Corporate Finance function and recruit an Executive on a permanent basis.
The Corporate Finance Team have enjoyed a record year in 2016 and to support their continued growth are in need of additional support.
Key duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in the structuring of transactions and to be aware of the commercial, financial and technical aspects of different deal structures
- Review and Comment on documentation and legal agreements relevant to a transaction
- Comment and advise on strategic and commercial issues relevant to a client’s business or to a transaction

The successful applicant will be Degree Educated preferably in a Finance related discipline. It is also preferred for individuals to have a working knowledge of corporate finance, transactions or deals. You will be a good communicator and keen to pursue a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
