Our SME manufacturing client require an Interim Site Finance Director for their factory site, based in South East England. You will report into the UK Finance Director and assist in stabilising the site and ultimately, increasing profit.
Key responsibilities:
- Business partnering with the site MD to increase the finance credibility and help shape the strategy
- Increase finance capability through greater transparency with regards to financial information i.e. across reporting, controls, processes, communication etc.
- Effectively manage the site cash-flow; ensure cost control and cost reduction where applicable
- Bring stability across the site in line with the strategic plans
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment at factory/plant level
- Experience bringing stability to a team including non-finance members
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
