An opportunity has arisen with a leading retail bank for a Securitisation Execution Manager. The role is exclusive to Robert Walters, based in Central Birmingham as an expansion of the London team. The team manage areas like capital and liquidity risk which are entity driven and risk appetite and policy framework which apply across the bank globally.
The team are the centre of expertise for all risk model development activity from stress testing to capital adequacy. The role offers a huge amount of exposure and visibility an one of Europe's largest and most complex financial services institutions.
About the Securitisation Execution Manager role:
This is a newly crated role providing support to the wider stress testing execution team as part of an extension team in Birmingham. You will work with the stress testing execution managers covering securitisation as well as market oversight, and counter-party risk where your work will feed in to the banks ICAAP submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insight on how to manage various portfolios effectively
- Contribute to the development of of stress testing methodologies across the three lines of defence
- Interact with colleagues from a range of functional areas including wider market and credit risk areas
- Monitor the changing requirements of the regulators to ensure our client is fully compliant
In this challenging role, you will have studied a relevant discipline with a numerate component, technically you will be a strong Excel user, to include proficiency in with VBA and SQL. The role is suitable for an outstanding technical candidate.
