Financial Controller

Sharp Consultancy is delighted to be working exclusively with a fast growing SME which is looking to bring in an experienced and driven FC to work alongside the Managing Director. The personable and enthusiastic Managing Director is looking to hand complete ownership of the financial functions over to someone who can prove they have the drive and capabilities to influence the company's growth.

You will be working for a profitable business which has already established a terrific relationship in their sector, and continue to grow through innovation and an energetic approach. You will have full control of the finance function, with a small team assisting in all of the transactional duties. Strong experience in cash flow forecasting and management will be essential, as will the ability to produce timely monthly management accounts with an emphasis on forward thinking analysis and commentary. You will set up advanced budgets and forecasts, handle year end accounts and liaise with banks, potential investors and suppliers in order to find the best opportunities for growth.

Qualifications are not essential, but an outgoing and enthusiastic personality is. There is a desire for change and improvement so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to potentially become a FD at some point.
