The Part-Qualified Accountancy division of SF Group is currently recruiting **EXCLUSIVELY** for a permanent Accountant. The jobholder will be responsible for the effective client accounting of a portfolio of managed estates. This role is a vital part of the team, working closely with surveyors and may involve client interaction. This is an exciting role which will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to grow.

Tasks and Duties:
- Service Charge Reconciliations for Client property Accounts
- Monitoring Actual vs Budget on Service charges
- Assisting with Client Bank Reconciliations when required
- Assisting external accountants with the preparation of service charge accounts/ providing financial information to the external accountants for inclusion in service charge accounts.
- Assisting and possible preparing client VAT returns - Dependant on candidate
- Annual Returns for Directors companies
- Managing purchase ledger invoices
- Assisting the Property Management Accounting Team members when required which can include purchase ledger invoices, preparing management reports, Sending out Tenant Statements and handling client queries.
- Adhoc tasks when required.
Person Specification:
- AAT Studier or qualification preferred
- 2+ years of accounts experience
- Experience in service charge client accounting is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Propman software is desirable but not essential
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and diary management
- Excellent numeracy/analytical skills and competency in dealing with financial information
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent Team Working - Ability to build working relationships with employees across the organisation.
