Financial Controller £55-65k + Excellent benefits

Our client, a rapidly growing SME with a £30million T/O, is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller to join its Finance team in order to continue the growth and profitability of the company. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will involve managing a small finance team with overall responsibility of the day to day, monthly and annual accounts.
Key responsibilities:
-Accurately and timely management of monthly and annual accounts
-Oversee day to day financial reporting including management accounts and financial reporting
-Preparation of statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
-Financial planning including treasury, forecasting and budget control in order to provide insight and analysis to drive profitability
-Training and development of accounting personnel
-Continued review of financial procedures and controls to ensure efficient running of the business
What we are looking for:
-ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with PQE
-Experience with managing a team
-Experience within the travel and tourism sector with an SME (Preferable)
-Strong track record in financial management and financial control
