Finance Assistant

A globally known music company are looking for a Finance Assistant to support The Commercial Finance Director. This role requires the individual to have had experience in royalties and synch licences previously.

Responsibilities include:

· Ad hoc royalty and deal analysis



· Query analysis on costs as directed (e.g. monthly overheads)



· Possible Credit control on Synch licences



· Invoice raising where applicable



· Turnover reconciliations and scheduling where applicable



· Banking where applicable



· Post collection and distribution



· Coding invoices and payments to post to General Ledger



· Preparing advance payments & G/L Schedules



· Financial transactions analysis (Royalty)



· Input and posting journals to General Ledger



· Processing expense claims
