Interim Financial Accountant

Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for a well established charity based in London, that are looking to recruit an Interim Financial Accountant to provide vital support during an exciting period of change, based on an eight month fixed term contract basis.

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for completion of year end, preparing the groups statutory accounts, completion of the groups VAT returns, and ensure all reconciliations of balance sheet accounts for all entities are prepared and checked.

You will provide financial support to the Head of Finance and wider finance team with organisational projects and audits.

The successful candidate will be an experienced accountant with a proven track record of producing statutory accounts and working effectively and delivering to tight deadlines. Previous charity sector experience is desirable for this post. You will be technically strong with the ability to effectively manage the year end process.
