Badenoch & Clark are seeking a Commercial Finance analyst that has previous experience with Business Partnering & Strong Excel/Systems skills for a Global Business in Oxford. Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant with a recognised Accountancy body or in the final stages of studying.(ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
Duties
*Developing and maintaining regular business and financial reporting models
*Supporting the budget and 5 year plan process
*Performing variance analysis on the trading account and balance sheet
*Providing support and advice to senior stakeholders
*Managing and developing team members
*Delivering standard and ad-hoc reports
*Supporting the department head with month and year end processes
*Effectively business partner across the business
*Maintaining up to date analysis of competitors, implementing and reviewing future projections and bids
*Be a point a contact for the division on projects.
Requirements
*Studying towards the final stages of a recognised accounting qualification or qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
*Initiative and the ability to successfully implement these new ideas
*Strong decision making skills
*Outgoing, persuasive and a confident communicator
*Discrete and trustworthy as required to work with sensitive and confidential information
*Experience of managing a team is desirable
