Financial Controller – Software
The Opportunity
A growing, private equity backed software business is seeking an ambitious number two to join their team. Working alongside an experienced, dynamic CFO, you will play a significant part in forming short and long-term strategy such as potential acquisitions, along with improving reporting, assisting with budgets and analysing forecasts. With a lean team beneath you, there will be the potential to develop and grow staff.
The Role
To apply you will need a proven record within a private equity-backed business. You will be a qualified accountant and have the drive and personality needed for a fast-paced private equity environment, primarily due to the broad nature of the role. We will look at people straight from practice, however you will need to have dealt with private equity or ideally a software/tech business. You will also need to be very literate with Excel.
