Robertson Bell Finance are working with a children's charity based in London to recruit a Financial Systems Administrator on a one year contract. This successful candidate will be joining the organisation in a key role, ensuring the smooth running of financial systems.
The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring systems are up to date and users are continuously trained, aligning new and existing system codes and processes and highlighting and solving problems. The successful individual will also be responsible for handling system databases, report maintenance and other ad hoc duties as required.
To be successful you will have prior experience handling complex systems, with the ability to draw out and handle data. You will have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office and be able to explain system processes to users clearly and confidently. Prior experience using Open Accounts is not essential for the role, but is desirable. Previous experience working in a charity is not essential, but the successful candidate will be eager to learn, open to challenges and hard working.
