Temp Sales Ledger
My client based in Guildford is currently seeking a temporary Sales Ledger Clerk to join their large team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Paying between £10.00- £14.00 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Sales Ledger/ Accounts Receivable role before and be available to start on short notice. The role will be ongoing but is guaranteed for at least 3 months.
Duties for Temp Sales Ledger
- Producing Sales Ledger invoices
- Banking and reconciliation
- Posting customer receipts onto the system and allocating against the relevant invoices
- Processing the monthly direct debit collection and allocation
- Other ad hoc support
Skills for Temp Sales Ledger
- Must be available to start on short notice and have previous experience in Sales Ledger
- Attention to detail is key for this role
- Excellent communication skills
