Alexander Daniels is working with a leading Healthcare organisation based in the West Midlands to recruit an Interim Turnaround Finance Director to be a key figure in a transformation programme within the finance function.
You will have experience in the following areas:
- Transformation and change experience within a Finance capacity
- Experience within the Healthcare/NHS sector
- Contracts negotiation experience
- Experience at the Director/Senior Executive level
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communnicate with all levels, particularly at the senior level
- Confident and robust in your approach with the ability to challenge and influence at the senior level, and deal with conflicting situations should they ever occur
- Able to lead and drive implementations, showing direction at all times
