Financial Controller

Main Duties:

The Financial Controller role involves a range of duties, including the responsibility for the finance department ensuring accurate management and financial period end accounts are produced within company timelines. Working with the General Manager and Department Managers you will deliver commercial business objectives and financial targets and ensure company accounting procedures are followed at all times. With an in depth knowledge of all areas of finance including budgeting, forecasting, revenues, cost controls, credit control, payroll you will be involved in all areas of accounts. You will provide guidance and support to Department Managers to develop their financial awareness as well as your own finance team whilst ensuring the purpose, brand values and behaviours are delivered on every occasion.

Previous experience

The successful applicant must have previous experience as a Financial Controller in a similar establishment. With all round proven experience in finance, including budgeting, forecasting and production of period end accounts, the successful applicant will be able to communicate at all levels, have effective team leadership skills and be able to work flexible hours.
