IB Analyst - Associate
A multi award winning global investment bank is looking to hire an analyst for their corporate finance function. The ideal candidate will either have trained through transactional services in a leading practice with financial services clients or have spent time working in corporate finance / M&A at a global investment bank. You will be primarily tasked with analysing current and future deal information and working closely with and building relationships with stakeholders from the both the support teams and front office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Analysis
- Tracking of potential new business
- Financial analysis
- Market and business research
- Liaising with support functions managing fees and finance information
- Manage and report on budgets and forecast
- Support senior members of the team
Experience:
- Experience of M&A / Transactional services
- Strong communication
- Excellent analysis skills
- Strong systems skills including Excel
