FP&A Business Partner

A prestigious retail brand based in central London is looking to recruit a FP&A Business Partner to cover a maternity leaver. The role will start in the next 2/3 weeks. The FP&A Business Partner will be the main point of contact for the UK and global business.

Role Responsibilities

• Month end reporting for business area, focusing on variance analysis and reporting
• Presenting analysis/results to relevant key stakeholders
• Liaise with management accounts team to ensure information provided is accurate and within required timelines
• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of forecasts and annual budget
• Assist in preparing strategic long term plans for the business
• Prepare investment appraisals for capital spend proposals ensuring all stakeholders are consulted
• Provide commercial support & analysis across business area

The role will also involve assisting non-financial stakeholders with projects and working closely with the director of finance when required.

Skills and experience

• 3 - 5 years industry experience
• Retail background desirable or similar fast paced environment
• Qualified CIMA/ACCA
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe packages - in particular Excel.
• Prior use of Cognos (desirable)
