Why should I apply? (Overview of Role)

Global Wholesale Banking Technology & Operations Account Closure Fulfilment team, primary function is the delivery of new projects received from business partners regionally and globally which relate to high profile closures and require immediate attention to meet strict deadlines. Issuance of letters to external clients. Adhere to procedures to ensure the correct process steps are followed in a timely manner. Regular follow ups and communication with business partners to provide up to date information to Senior Management.

 

What will I be doing? (Responsibilities)

  • Project managing the closure of accounts for existing clients ensuring all products and services are removed
  • Work in partnership with our internal Business Partners regionally and globally as necessary to deliver to specified timelines, clearly communicate the project status, identify issues and resolution steps.
  • Provide support to the closure team where required

Competencies we look for

  • Experience dealing with internal clients at all levels in a positive and professional manner with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
  • Some experience of legal, corporate documentation and liquidity structures
  • Accurate data management

Skills we look for

  • Strong organisational skills and possess a track record of project delivery within cash management for corporate organisations and/or financial institutions
  • Self motivating, flexible, proactive, excellent team player
  • Attention to detail
  • strong communication skills both written and oral
