Our London NHS client requires an experienced Capital Accountant for a period of 3-4 months to provide a comprehensive Capital Accounting service.
The Capital Accountant will manage a Capital programme of around 15-20 million and provide the full Capital Accounting service to the Trust.
To provide support to the Head of Financial Services in ensuring the provision of accurate and timely management information in respect of capital expenditure, Asset Verification, provide Capital data for NHS Benchmarking returns and produce all associated returns.
You will provide advice to stakeholders with regards to capital accounting and associated financial regulations and procedures.
The ability to make an immediate impact and work with minimal supervision is essential.
Due to the nature of this role applicants without previous NHS experience will not be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NHS Capital Accountant to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-changing environment
