Our client who is a prestigious construction business is looking to appoint a Head of Finance to work alongside the Operations and Commercial Directors to deliver a turnaround project. The role will encompass leading a small finance team that will manage a business critical project for the business. This role will work collaboratively with the Managing Director and the Group Finance Director to deliver the key objectives of the project.
Key objectives to the role are:
- Financial Leadership
- Internal Controls/Reporting
- Change Management & Integration
- Half Year and full year reporting
- Mergers and Initiatives
- Performance Improvement
We are looking for senior finance professionals who have a strong track record withing construction/engineering and who have managed multiple projects and can manage a diverse workload. Any turnaround experience within a large project within construction would be ideal.
