Our client, an international entertainment company is looking for a SOX Compliance Manager to design and test SOX processes and controls as well as advise and deliver improvements to financial controls. This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Audit Senior from a practice background to make their first move into industry.
Key requirements:
- Auditing background
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
- Experience with Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements, Buisiness Process Controls and company level controls
- Good judgement regarding the potential financial impact of SOx process gaps and testing deficiencies,
- Experience with larger, complex clients and an excellent understanding of the interplay between Finance process and IT systems
