A consultancy service based company requires a German speaking Assistant Accountant to join their growing finance team based in the City Of London. You will be responsible for several regions of the business as well as providing support for other areas in which the company operates in on a world wide scale. Role responsibilities include the following -
- Support in the balance sheet reconciliation process
- Support preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Undertake journal procedures and ensure reconciliations policy is adhered to
- Undertake the payroll journals process
- Provide analysis of the monthly management accounts
- Assist in undertaking variance analysis on the income statement and balance sheet
- Undertake multi-currency reconciliations
Candidate Requirements -
- Experience in the role responsibilities above
- FLUENT German language skills
- CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent) Part Qualified
- Experience working in Germany would be beneficial but not essential
