A global marketing services company requires a french speaking Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing team. Based in their London headquarters, this provides a fantastic opportunity to grow within the company and grow your career and skill set.
Role responsibilities include the following -
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Supplier account reconciliations
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Resolving supplier queries
- Assisting the accounts payable manager with month end duties
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Cheque runs
- Translating documents
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Candidate requirements include the following -
- FLUENT FRENCH SPEAKER
- AAT studiers (or equivalent) are encouraged to apply
- Previous purchase ledger experience
