Do you have a passion for music? Are you in an Accounts Payable role dealing with high volume data? My client is a a well know bar/club in central London seeking an Accounts Payable candidate to join their amazing new offices to help handle their fast paced finance team.
The role is directly reporting into the Finance Director and taking full responsibility of Accounts Payable function by dealing with high volume data as you will processing 1000 invoices per month along with: matching, batching, coding, processing BACS payments, dealing with suppliers directly and setting up supplier accounts. Due to the fast pace nature of the business- the role is very demanding and keen for someone to come in and hit the ground running from the start.
This is a great opportunity for any candidate who has at least 18-24months experience in accounts payable and keen to expand their experience within an amazing bar/club. Having a interest in Music or having an out going personality is essential to fit in with the company culture.
The candidate will need to demonstrate they can work on their own initiative, be results orientated, have good interpersonal and communication skills. The role is very challenging and due to it being a temporary position- the candidate will need to have valid experience that will enable them to work under minimal supervision. Sage 50 experience is desirable however not essential.
