Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Financial Controller with a strong manufacturing or FMCG background? Our client is recruiting for a talented finance professional to join a long established manufacturer in Hull as the city swings into UK City Of Culture 2017. THE ROLE
The successful candidate will report into the operational leadership team and will support all finance projects, lead the Hull finance team and take full responsibility for the factory performance from a finance perspective. This will include financial plan and forecasts, the month end process, variance analysis and financial reviews. A full and detailed job description available.

THE CANDIDATE
The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant, (most probably CIMA, possibly ACCA) and ideally will be from a manufacturing or FMCG background. Experience will be required and a good working knowledge gained of manufacturing topics including material and manufacturing variances, fixed costs reviews, labour analysis etc. An experienced manager with good leadership and motivational skills, you work with high integrity, attention to detail and have an analytical, investigative approach.

THE BENEFITS:
£55,000 - £65,000 (tbc) + generous benefits package including company car or car allowance, private healthcare, pension and bonus package.
