FP&A Manager
The Business:
My client are a growing service based organisation who have undergone considerable structural and ownership change in the last 2 years. Based in their new offices in East Manchester, they have grown, and are continuing to grow a strong finance function. This has led to newly created roles, like this one, and will see further development and growth over the coming years. They are a national organisation, already highly successful, so this is a very exciting time to join the business at what is a critical juncture in their history.
The FP&A Manager Role:
This FP&A Manager position is a key role in the strategic management and direction of the business. You will be responsible for all financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and will provide a conduit between finance and the wider business. Managing a team, you will be responsible for working closely with operational stakeholders including budget holders outside of finance, building relationships up to executive level. With the business undergoing ongoing change, you will be closely involved in lots of project work, streamlining and re-mapping processes.
The Person:
It is essential in this role that you will hold a full UK accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA). Previous in a commercial, business facing role where you are able to demonstrate building relationships and influencing non-finance stakeholders is key in this role as well.
What's on offer:
£50,000 - £60,000 plus package and benefits.
