Accounts Senior

Sawston, Cambridgeshire- An established practice with a varied client base are looking for an Accounts Senior to join the team due to internal promotion.

Working closely with the partners you will be joining a firm that boast a range of clients including sole traders, OMB's and audit clients. The office has recently appointed a new partner and are looking to add to the team which will support them in their continued growth plans.

The role will support the partners and oversee a couple of junior members in their continued development. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients while taking on new clients from the partners as they continue to win business. Duties will include but not be exhaustive of preparing and reviewing financial statements, reviewing juniors work while completing your own clients financial and management accounts including associated tax and VAT computations/ submissions.

The successful applicant will be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience in a practice environment, individual's who are in their final stages and currently working at a senior level will be considered. You will have experience in various accounting packages including Sage and Xero while being able to support younger members of the team in their professional development.

Salary £35,000- £40,000 p,a
