Our client are an entrepreneurial med tech business going through a period of change. The Finance Director is re-engineering the finance team and ensuring it is fit for purpose as the business scales.
The FD is looking to recruit an experienced Group Financial Controller to embed robust processes controls and systems into the business and team.
Duties:
Technical accounting experience, strong statutory accounts preparation
Preparation of financial reports and management information
Managing and motivating a team of six
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of working in practice and also within a large listed business. This is an entrepreneurial business so the ability to take ownership of projects and work collegiately is critical.
