Our client is an internationally recognised organisation that plays a significant role in the film industry. Following a restructure of their senior leadership team in 2016 they are now seeking an experienced Finance Director to work on a part time basis (3 days per week) alongside the CEO and COO to help drive growth.
This is an extremely hands on role managing a small team. The part-time Finance Director will be expected to implement and maintain effective financial and management reporting and play a key role in financial planning and strategic growth. Day-to-day duties will include; developing the annual operating budget, preparing financial accounts, improving systems and controls and monitoring and maximising cash flow and income investment.
Applicants should be fully qualified with strong, demonstrable experience of managing and improving financial controls in a small, dynamic business. They should be commercially aware with the ability to build excellent working relationships with non-finance colleagues both within and external to the organisation.
