Churchill Howard are working in partnership with a large privately owned organisation near Solihull to recruit a Commercial Finance Accountant to join their finance team. This opportunity will see you partnering key decision makers and giving relevant financial insight – supporting the commercial, operational and financial delivery of the business’ strategy.

Key responsibilities:
•    Provide meaningful financial information to financial and non-financial stakeholders to aid decision making
•    Analyse and report to the Management team and Board on business performance 
•    Business partner key financial and non-financial stakeholders; challenging assumptions and methods and establishing credibility to advise and influence at the highest level
•    Drive efficiency of financial processes and controls
•    Support development of IT systems and MI

The key attribute required (in addition to being a fully qualified accountant with demonstrable commercial exposure) is communication. The ability to compile complex financial information and present it as a means of adding value to decision making is key. You will have strong IT ability and advanced Excel skills.
