One of the UK's leading Property Investment businesses are looking to grow their business and bring on board a forward thinking Finance Manager to form part of a restructure and play an integral part in the long term influence of finance into the organisation.
The role will have core controllership duties ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial information. It will be the ideal move for a practice trained professional looking to move into industry.
The Role
Supervision and review of statutory accounting process
Ownership of group consolidation
Management of outsourced transactional accounting team
Dashboard reporting
Build relationship with senior stakeholders, presenting financial information to the board
Ongoing process improvement and implementation
Annual Audit
The Candidate
A qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Experience with improving processes
Management reporting
Supervisory experience is compulsory
Business partnering capability
